Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Saint Clair Shores, MI
Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated EXPIERENCED Dental Assistant to join our team~ Monday ,Tuesday, Wednedsay,T hursday, and 1 Saturday a month. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help ensure a smooth patient experience.
Responsibilities:
-Knowledge of Itero Scanner- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Assist the dentist by handing them instruments during procedures- Take digital dental x-rays- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:- Anatomy knowledge- Medical terminology- Pediatric dentistry experience is a plus- Ability to perform patient assessment tasks- Proficient in infection control protocols- Familiarity with taking X-Rays and vital signs- Knowledge of Eaglesoft- Skilled in medical documentation practices
