Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team for a full-time position . The ideal candidate will assist doctor with various procedures and provide excellent patient care in a dynamic dental clinic setting.
Duties- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Assist dentists during procedures including prosthodontics, pediatrics, and other specialized treatments- Take and develop dental x-rays and 3D scans- Maintain accurate patient records using Epic or similar medical documentation software- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care- Sterilize instruments and equipment- Manage inventory of dental supplies- Utilize Eaglesoft or Dentrix for scheduling appointments and billing
Experience- Prior experience working in a dental clinic is preferred- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures- Familiarity with medical imaging technologies- Proficiency in using 3D scanners for dental impressions is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 â 36 per week
