Job Summary:

Provide quality dental treatment to Care Alliance patients. Oversee clinical areas of operations and represent CAHC in the community by participating in CAHC sponsored outreach events.

Task Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:
Participates as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
Perform exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health.
Meet with patients and instruct them on proper oral care.
Provide required dental care as needed.
Develop treatment plans to address dental health issues.
Measuring and fitting dental appliances
Referring patients to a specialist if needed
Responsible for dental records to review events and determine interventions and solutions

Requirements:

Minimum Education and Experience:

Required:

Graduate of an accredited school of dental and Current State of Ohio Dental License
Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population base.
Eligible for Medicaid/Medicare provider status.
Strong clinical background.
Expertise in denture fabrication, extractions, complex restorative and patient management.
Excellent oral and written communications’ skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.
