What You'll Do:
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll be in a unique position to provide our patients with the most crucial health service: ongoing preventive oral care. Your daily tasks will include:
Recording treatment information on patient charts.
Taking radiographs as directed by the doctor.
Evaluating periodontal conditions and creating treatment plans.
Providing excellent customer service by escorting patients to and from the treatment room.
Administering Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen.
Applying topical agents and sealants.
Assisting doctors during clinical exams and recording findings.
Performing oral cancer exams.
Scaling, polishing, and applying fluoride to teeth.
Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments.
Inspecting patientsâ oral cavities and charting conditions.
Educating patients on preventive care and home care.
Cleaning restorations and appliances.
Scheduling follow-up appointments.
Implementing and monitoring recall systems.
Any other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid X-ray certificate.
Current RDH license.
CPR & first aid certification.

Monday through Thursday, 7:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
