Job Summary
We are seeking a hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting oral health. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with the dentist and other staff members in a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional patient care.
Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Document patient treatment plans and progress in accordance with dental office protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to infection control protocols.
Monitor and record vital signs as necessary before procedures.
Stay updated on dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in dental practices to provide the best care possible.
Work effectively in a pediatric setting when required, ensuring a positive experience for young patients.Experience
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with medical coding and general dentistry practices is advantageous.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge is essential for effective communication with patients and staff.
Experience assisting in various dental procedures will be considered a plus.
