Job Description
Immediate Opening: Experienced Associate Dentist or New Grads
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental office. With a focus on mentorship and professional development, we are dedicated to supporting new graduates. Our office is equipped with the latest technology, including digital x-rays, CBCT Panorex, and digital scanners to ensure optimal patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform thorough exams and develop treatment plans for patients
Offer comprehensive dental services
Educate patients on maintaining good oral health
Work in tandem with our team to ensure excellent care
Maintain organized and accurate patient records
Required Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Valid Virginia dental license and DEA certification
Eaglesoft experience preferred, but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Guaranteed salary of $200,000 or 30% collections
