Job OverviewWe are looking for a Sterilization Technician to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our dental and medical teams. This role is critical in keeping our practice running smoothly by maintaining sterilization standards and preparing operatories quickly for the next patient.
Responsibilities

Clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
Follow infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
Efficiently clean, reset, and flip operatories to ensure a smooth patient flow.
Assist with room setup and breakdown between patients to minimize wait times.
Restock and organize supplies and materials.
Support the team in maintaining OSHA and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

Prior experience in sterilization, dental assisting, or healthcare is preferred but not required.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently to keep up with patient flow.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
