Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Dover, DE
1) Prepare patient, sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, prepare materials, and assist dentist during dental procedures.
2) Take digital diagnostic x-rays (FMX, PANO and CBCT) and impressions (iTero)
3) Take digital scans (iTero/Medit) and traditional impressions.
4) Record treatment information in electronic patient records.
5) Take and record medical and dental histories of patient.
6) Provide postoperative instructions prescribed by dentist.
7) Assist dentist in management of dental emergencies.
8) Instruct patients in oral hygiene and plaque control programs.
9) Experience with or ability to learn the Eaglesoft dental software..
Requirements:
**Must have dental assisting experience.
**Must have dental radiology license in the state of Delaware.
**Must be reliable, detail-oriented.
**Must be able to learn lab work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
