Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of general dentistry practices, as well as specialized skills in areas such as root canal therapy and pediatrics.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with practice policies.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive measures to enhance their overall dental health.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Proven experience in general dentistry; additional experience in pediatrics is a plus.
Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy relevant to dental procedures.
Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Experience using electronic health record systems such as Epic is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
