Our dentist deliver dental care to the patient population and improve the oral health of the community. Assist in planning and implementing the Dental program goals and objectives. Provide clinical oversight to the Dental staff.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work is performed under the administrative direction of the Chief Dental Officer. Provides close clinical supervision to the dental staff. Integrates high quality patient care into the clinic and training practices. Promotes a strong team atmosphere with the dental staff. Promotes HealthFirst Bluegrass policies and procedures with the dental staff. Orients, trains, and evaluates clinical skill level of dental staff. May assist the Chief Dental Officer with staff discipline and performance evaluation/feedback as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Graduate of an accredited Dental school.
Current Kentucky license.
Current DEA license.
