OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our dental professionals in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. Duties- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs- Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures- Take and develop dental x-rays- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Manage inventory of dental supplies
_Keep working areas clean
Qualifications- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology- Familiarity with medical records and documentation- Understanding of HIPAA regulations- Experience in assisting with endodontic procedures is a plus- Proficiency in EAGLE SOFT dental practice management software- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
