Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental clinic. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures, as well as excellent organizational skills to manage medical records and assist with infection control protocols.

Flexible hours â Weâre not strictly 9 to 5, so evening or morning shifts are available.
Compensation as high as $32/hourâ¦plus bonuses & other incentives.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Maintain accurate medical records for patients, documenting treatment plans and progress.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Take and record vital signs of patients prior to procedures.
Provide chairside assistance during examinations and treatments, including prosthodontics procedures.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow as a dental receptionist when needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Operate dental equipment effectively while adhering to safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
