Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
Take X-rays as needed while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts, including documenting treatment plans and progress notes.
Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and follow-up communications to enhance patient experience.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional care in various specialties including endodontics and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for record management and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

10 years experience as an assistant is preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff alike.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating professionalism at all times.
