Position Overview:
As a Pediatric Dentist at Germantown Pediatric Dental Center, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care to our pediatric patients. This includes preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic dental services, as well as creating positive relationships with children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine pediatric dental exams, cleanings, and preventative care.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and orthodontic issues.
Provide pediatric dental sedation and general anesthesia when necessary.
Offer guidance to parents on children's oral health and hygiene practices.
Build trust and rapport with children and their families, creating a positive dental experience.
Work collaboratively with our experienced dental team and staff to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow practice protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program.
Board-certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Active and valid state dental license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with children and a dedication to providing compassionate care.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
