Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8am-4pm
Every other Saturday: 8am-2pm

Education/Experience:
High school diploma
One or more years of Dental office experience required
Requirements:
Previous dental office experience
Maintaining effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and the community; requires good interpersonal skills.
Experience with Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft
Contribute to the office:
Maintain a professional welcome area; keep patient education materials organized, and so on.
Welcome patients and visitors to the practice with a kind greeting.
Check-in patients according to office protocol, verifying and updating patient information.
Answer incoming calls with outstanding customer service.
Verify insurance benefits and treatment plan with patients
Maintain a mechanism for recall and inactive patients.
Manage patient relations and resolve patient problems.
Assist patients in understanding office policies.
Confirm appointments for the next day based on protocol and patient preferences.
Patients should be scheduled in advance to make the most of doctor and staff time.
Check the patient quick-fill list to see if there are any cancellations or no-show appointments.
Patients should be charged at the time of treatment.
Make any necessary follow-up appointments.
After the patient's appointment, prepare financial treatment plans and give plan options to them.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
