Location: 639 Eastern, Ste B, Clarksville, IN 47129
Our office offers a comprehensive range of services, including crowns and bridges, dentures, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implants, and implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care. We provide care to patients of all ages. We have a healthy mix of children, adults, and seniors, creating a diverse and well-rounded experience for our provider.
We are proud to have a supportive and experienced, dedicated team of professionals, including:

Office Manager
Front Desk Coordinator
One-Full time Registered Dental Hygienist
One-Part time Registered Dental Hygienist
Two-Full time Dental Assistants

Both of our hygienists have 20+ years experience!
SCHEDULE:

Mondays 9am - 5pm
Tuesdays 9am 5pm
Wednesdays 9am - 5pm
Thursdays 9am - 5pm

Compensation:

Up to 35% collections (less 50% labs)

General Dentistry license in the state of INDIANA
Delivers exceptional general dentistry
