Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in/checking out patients
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Maintaining an organized and smooth office workflow
Assisting with insurance verification and billing inquiries

Treatment Coordinator

The Treatment Coordinator works closely with patients to help them understand their treatment plans and financial options. Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with patients to discuss treatment plans and payment options
Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with financial arrangements
Following up with patients to ensure they understand their care plan and next steps

Qualifications:

At least one year of dental experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance benefits
Strong communication and organizational skills (bilingual preferred)
Experience with Dentrix is a plus
