Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Cleveland, OH

We are a growing, privately owned, community and family oriented dental office in the eastern part of Lake County, Ohio, that does Cosmetic & General Dentistry, Implants, Orthodontics and more.
We are seeking an articulate, fun, smart, hard working & team-oriented Dental Assistant who has at least an OH Dental Assistant Radiographer Certificate to join our team. Ability to speak English & Spanish, fluently, would be a bonus for you.

Requirements for Employment:- Active/Current Ohio Radiographerâs License- Active/Current BLS/CPR Certificate- Understand/Follow HIPPA Standards- Understand/Follow CDC/OSHA Safety Standards- Willingness to Grow, Learn and work within a team- Ability to speak English & Spanish, Fluently
Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist and hygienist during procedures by providing chair side support & management of instruments and procedure flow, and monitor vital signs,- Coordinated patient appointments and insurance benefits and treatment plans,- Follow and uphold aseptic protocols & standards, in compliance with all government (CDC, HIPAA, OSDB, OSHA) regulations, to ensure a clean, organized and safe work space for patients and team members- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with all government regulations.- Utilize dental terminology and effective communication techniques with patients & staff to enhance the quality of patient care and outcomes,- Constant willingness to provide outstanding 5-Star level customer service
We are willing to train individuals without dental experience who have outstanding communication, organization and people skills.
Your role will be vitally important to keeping our practice running smoothly & maintaining our valued patients in the highest level of customer service and dental health.
