Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining good dental health.
Take and record vital signs as part of the patient assessment process.
Provide assistance in pediatric dentistry, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications

Valid Michigan Dental Hygienist license.
Experience as a Dental Hygienist (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage patient records effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care.
