Dental Front Office - Bothell Dentall Office - Kirkland, WA

We are seeking a Dental Front Office staff to join our team at our Bothell dental practice. Our ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, able to multi-task easily, willing to learn, interested in a long-term position and driven by a commitment to provide an exceptional experience for our patients. Previous recent dental front office experience required. Experience with dental software and insurance benefit verification are required. Job duties include scheduling: filling and maintaining our schedule, patient recall and post-care calling, confirming appointments, verifying insurance coverage, treatment planning, submitting and tracking insurance predeterminations, as well as ensuring smooth daily operation of the office. Full-time position, 32 to 36 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. Salary range $25 to $40 per hour depending on experience. Medical insurance and benefit package available.
