Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Mechanicsville, VA
Chantilly Dental Center is looking for a part-time or a full-time receptionist to start immediately. Candidate must have reliable transportation for consideration. No experience is necessary - will train the right candidate. We would prefer someone who is able to translate dental treatments to patients in Spanish.
Basic job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Scheduling patients
Create/present treatment plans
Working with insurance companies
Submitting patient claims
Ordering office supplies
Answering phone calls
Coordinating with referral offices
Training new candidates
Many other administrative responsibilities
Qualifications:
Experience with medical/dental office operations
Proficiency in English is required (Spanish is a plus)
Experience with Windows 10
