Celebrate Dental & Braces is a growing orthodontic and dental practice. We have a fun, supportive environment focused on excellent patient care and customer service.
No experience necessary, we are willing to train the right person.
Monday- Friday 8:30-6:30
Must be able to travel between locations in San Antonio
-Greet/check-in patients and parents
- Data entry
-Scheduling Appointments on Open Dental
- New patient Contracts and payment plan set up
-Collecting payments in person and over the phone
-Answering phones (minimal)
-Insurance verification / follow up (minimal)
-Follow-up with monthly payment plan accounts that are delinquent
-Discuss financial accounts with patients

QUALIFICATIONS
