The Aesthetic Implant Dental Associates PC is looking for a well-qualified and motivated Dental Front Office Professional. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify insurance coverage
- Collect and record patient information and medical histories
- Assist on checkout patients
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred
- Proficiency in patient service and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of DENTRIX ASCEND is a plus but we can train the right person if necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
