Dental Front Desk Insurance Coordinator - Burst Dental + Kids - Dallas, TX

Burst Dental + Kids is a privately-owned, family-run business that has been providing high quality, compassionate dental services to our community. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for our patients and to provide an excellent experience for every guest who visits our clinic. We offer an amazing support system, with a wonderful team. You will have lots of support here from a team that has been growing and building each other up. Job Description:

Greet patients and answer phones in a professional, friendly, and empathetic manner.
Schedule patients appointments, check patients in & out, collect payments, and maintain patient records in a timely manner
Maintain patient files and medical records in an accurate and up-to-date manner.
Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area including but not limited to patient rooms, bathrooms, closets etc
Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with accuracy and timeliness is key
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with others within the organization or outside of it
Must be able to work independently with little supervision or as part of a team when required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
