Carpe Diem Dental Spa is a modern dental practice featuring advanced dental technologies located in Beachwood, Ohio! We are seeking a full time or part-time OH EFDA (EXPANDED FUNCTION DENTAL AUXILIARY) to join our team! As a EFDA (EXPANDED FUNCTION DENTAL AUXILIARY) at Carpe Diem Dental Spa, you will have the opportunity to learn about the patient’s values and needs to wow them with a unique, relaxing dental experience.
Responsibilities Include:

Provide exceptional dental care to our patients

Do fillings on their own patients

Assist the dentist during procedures

Greet the patients and make them feel comfortable

Take patient history

Help the rest of the staff pull charts, and other tasks as assigned

Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records

Educate and guide patients on healthy habits and home care

Offer patients advice and materials necessary to maintain good dental health

Requirements Include:

An active EFDA Ohio State license

A current CPR certification

Must have some previous experience working for a dentist (internship is OK)

Must have a positive, friendly attitude

Must be familiar with Electronic Medical Record computer systems

Must have great written and spoken verbal skills
