Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team at Keith F. Anderson, D.M.D., P.C. This role is essential in delivering high-quality patient care, promoting oral health education, and supporting our mission of providing outstanding dental services in a friendly atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist the dentist during examinations.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software.
Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized patient care plans.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
Qualifications
Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and dental hygiene practices.
Experience with Eaglesoft software is preferred but not required.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with dental coding is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience working with pediatric patients is beneficial but not essential.
Strong communication skills to educate patients effectively.
