Responsibilities

Manage patient appointments and maintain the scheduling system.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate patient records and health information management.
Prepare and process medical billing and insurance claims.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized.

Requirements

Experience in medical administrative support or dental office settings preferred.
