Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry.
Conduct patient assessments and document medical records accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to assist the dentist during procedures effectively.
Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate medical terminology in patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed within the dental clinic.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care and support for all patients.

Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with four-handed dentistry practices is a plus.
Knowledge of medical terminology, infection control procedures, and aseptic techniques is essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Previous experience in a dental clinic or as a dental assistant is advantageous.
