We are seeking an organized and friendly Front Desk Coordinator with a background in Dental Insurances to join our team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our front desk, ensuring smooth patient flow and providing excellent customer service. Your dental knowledge will be essential in addressing patient concerns, coordinating treatment plans, and communicating effectively with both the dental team and patients.

You will be performing your Front Desk operations 98% of the time, and be willing to jump in the back as needed when the clinical team needs extra support (2%).
Your responsibilities will include:
Front Desk: Greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, taking payments, creating treatment plans, verifying insurance, processing insurance claims, etc.
Front Desk Insurance Process

Verifying the patient’s health insurance benefits
Reviewing insurance benefits with patients
Submit insurance claims
Posting payments
Tracking insurance claims

Case/Treatment Presentations: Engage in treatment discussion with patient's parents using compassion, professionalism, and expertise to effectively convey treatment options, concerns, and costs.
Leadership and Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to foster a supportive team environment to promote morale and teamwork.

Other Important Details:
Days of the Week: Full Time (4 Days)
Hours: 7 am - 5 pm, including 1 hour for lunch (Monday thru Thursday)
Location: Leola, PA (Lancaster County)
Wage: $18 - $22 (Dependent on experience)
