Front Desk & Treatment Plan Coordinator

About Us
We’re a small, private dental practice with a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to providing top-quality patient care while keeping things fun and friendly. With 4 operatories, 1 hygienist, and 1 dentist, we focus on personalized patient experiences and smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming patients with a smile and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process
Explaining and scheduling treatment plans for general procedures like fillings, crowns, and bridges
Handling insurance verification and processing claims (basic insurance knowledge is a must!)
Managing the schedule efficiently to optimize patient flow
Coordinating financial arrangements and discussing payment options with patients
Assisting with administrative duties to keep the front desk running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years of experience in a dental front office role
Basic knowledge of dental procedures and insurance processes
Strong communication and customer service skills—you’ll be the friendly face of our practice!
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping things organized
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Competitive pay: $22-24/hour, based on experience and skills
