Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Associate to join and be partner in our dental practice (partnership/equity 30% collections). The ideal candidate should be a General Dentistry, (DDS/DMD Degree) with one to three experience years in the practice, will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and well-being during treatment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental health needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using open dental software.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff members to ensure optimal patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best possible service.
Experience
Proven experience in patient care within a dental office setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health.
Familiarity with medical records management and open dental software is advantageous.
Ability to perform various dental procedures confidently and efficiently.
Bilingual skills: english / spanish.
CE is encouraged and will be reimbursment.
