About the Role: As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver top-tier preventive dental care while educating our patients to maintain their best oral health. Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and periodontal maintenance.
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including reviewing medical histories and taking X-rays and intraoral health scans.
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and diet recommendations.
Administer local anesthesia and fluoride treatments when necessary.
Collaborate with our dental team to create personalized treatment plans for each patient.
Maintain detailed patient records, including charting and treatment notes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technologies.
Uphold the highest standards of infection control and sterilization protocols.
Provide exceptional care and ensure every patient leaves with a positive, comfortable experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
Active state dental hygiene license.
Proven experience as a dental hygienist.
Proficiency in performing dental cleanings, taking X-rays, and conducting oral health assessments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
A commitment to staying current with the latest dental hygiene practices and innovations.
Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus.
