We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Dental Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Dental office: 1-2 years (Required)
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Duties

Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, handle inquiries efficiently, and handle patient payments.
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation review in compliance with medical standards.
Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate patient flow and ensure timely service delivery.
Support the overall operations of the front desk by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
