We are seeking a friendly, polished, and professional Dental Hostess to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing top-tier customer service.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients warmly upon arrival
Assist patients with check-in procedures and offer refreshments
Ensure the waiting area is clean, inviting, and well-stocked with amenities
Provide a concierge-like experience by answering questions and addressing patient needs
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow
Help schedule follow-up appointments and confirm upcoming visits
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to enhance the patient experience

Qualifications

Previous experience in front desk, or concierge services (dental/medical experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with basic computer skills and scheduling software like OpenDental
Must have experience with dental billing such as ADA Code
