Compensation:
10k SIGN ON BONUS
Potential at 30% production could result in a range of $220k - $350k first year. A guaranteed day rate of $800 per day for the first 90 days, or 30% of net production, whichever is greater. PLUS a $10K sign on bonus.

Responsibilities:
Perform dental examinations: new, periodic, and problem focused.
Determine and present treatment options.
Provide dental care and treatment as prescribed and accepted by patients.
Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
Educate patients on restorative and preventative dental health care.
Actively work with team members to support and enhance our “work family” culture.
Conduct oneself in a manner consistent with our practice mission and core values.
Qualifications or Requirements:
Dental License
DEA Registration
1-2 years of experience (preferred
