Description - WED/THURS ENDO ASSISTANT
West Seattle Endodontics is searching for a part-time Dental Assistant for Wednesdays & Thursdays.
We are an office with two endodontists, and you would be assisting one doc along with another assistants during our two-doctor days. There are three other assistants.
You don't need any endo experience, but the ability to take x-rays is important. The doctors are happy to train chairside (we actually prefer it sometimes)!
We believe in lot's of FREE SNACKS and FREE COFFEE and LAUGHTER (also free) in our office!!! The team is welcoming and help each other out.
Job Responsibilities
Alternating with another assistant to treat 2 columns (one treatment column, one consult only column)
Alternating sterile with the other assistant
Evaluations - taking xrays, CBCT (easy to learn), writing down patient's chief complaint and doing simple teeth testing
Assisting chairside with endodontic treatment and surgery
Writing notes (with doctors help and input)
Stocking rooms
Qualifications
Registered Dental Assistant
Ability to take a PA and bitewing
Punctual and dependable
