Job Description:
Dental Hygienists conduct initial patient screenings and oral examinations, perform prophylaxis, do scaling/root planing, and advise patients on overall oral health and preventative care. You’ll help the dentist decide on appropriate treatments for teeth and/or gum diseases. As a Dental Hygienist, you should be reliable and able to build trust with patients of all ages. You should have deep knowledge of relevant health and safety rules and a good eye for oral diseases and anomalies. If you have a steady hand and excellent chairside manner, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care by performing dental cleanings, assessments, and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Utilize dental terminology and maintain accurate medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist in patient education regarding oral hygiene and preventive care.
Collaborate with the dental team to implement effective treatment plans and maintain a sterile environment.
Perform radiographic imaging and apply sealants as needed, ensuring all certifications are up to date.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $76,113.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
