We are dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team and help our patients achieve optimal oral health.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing of teeth.
Review documentation and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
Utilize dental software systems such as Open Dental for patient management and record keeping.

Skills

Foster a welcoming and professional experience for all patients.
Proficient in documentation review and maintaining medical records.
Strong understanding of infection control practices within a dental setting.
Knowledge and familiarity of digital dentistry workflows such as iTero scan.
Familiarity with Open Dental dental practice management software is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients about their oral health needs.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional patient care.
