Balanced schedule with single column of dental procedures with a few appts in second column.
Must be a team player and put the patient experience at the forefront of their job.
Hours: Monday-7:30 AM-5 PM, Tuesday-Thurs: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Type: Full-time or part-time
Pay: 21-28 per hour depending on experience. Can be somewhat negotiable.
Job Requirements:
CDA or RDA.
Willingness to grow, adaptability, flexibility
2 years or more of experience preferred.
We are willing to train the right person. Experience preferred but not required.
Implant experience preferred but not required.
Humbleness and willingness to adapt and learn.
Reliability-we are a small team and rely on our team members showing up to work.
Benefits:
Up to 5 weeks paid time off depending on production. Approximately 1 week of paid sick leave in accordance with the state.

Job Description:
Seat patients and enjoy contact and conversation with patients.
Review Medical and Dental History and take vitals at each visit.
Have patient room ready with instruments/materials ready and complete for each procedure.
Assist in diagnostic procedures such as radiographs and pulp testing.
Assist dentist in dental procedures including but not limited to: Exams, Cleanings, Deep Cleanings, Fillings (Amalgam/GI/Composite/Sedative), Crown and bridgework, Oral Surgery, Root Canals, Dentures, Occlusal guards/other appliances.
Assist Hygienists in data collection for patients.
Be fluent in disinfection and safety protocols associated with dental offices.
Gather weekly inventory and order supplies from dental companies.
Know sterilization protocol and run sterilization of instruments.
Have the ability to critically think and problem solve without the doctor's help but within the scope of the certification.
Be able to pack gingival cord, make impressions for diagnostic purposes, be able to make temporary restorations for crown and bridge purposes with the supervision of the doctor.
Be able to administer nitrous oxide with the supervision of the dentist as well as monitor patients under nitrous oxide.
Complete Child Prophylaxis and fluoride varnish application.
