We are a start up two doctor's practice looking for a full- time, highly motivated, dependable, awesome DA for our private practice. Great work culture. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize, multi-task, be efficient and posses ability to communicate and work well with patients and staff.
2 years dental experience required.
The ideal candidate will assist dentists with various procedures and provide quality patient care in a fast-paced dental office.
Responsibilities:- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs- Take and develop dental X-rays- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or Eaglesoft software- Perform laboratory tasks such as mixing materials for impressions
Qualifications:- Certificate or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program- Proficiency in medical imaging and X-Ray procedures- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry techniques- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems for dental restorations- Experience with aseptic technique and infection control protocols- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
