Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically confident Associate Dentist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to provide patient-first care in a relaxed, well-equipped private practice setting that values work-life balance and long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
Perform a wide range of procedures including restorative, surgical, and endodontic treatments
Conduct thorough exams and develop personalized treatment plans
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Collaborate with our experienced clinical team
Stay up to date with the latest in dental technology and best practices

Qualifications:

Active dental license in PA and graduation from an accredited dental program
1–3 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
High attention to detail and clinical judgment
Interest in working in a supportive, respectful, and family-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay starting at $90/hour, with option to transition to percentage of production/collections
