Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Conduct various dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and endodontics.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Epic and Eaglesoft.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Educate patients on oral health care, treatment options, and preventative measures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry.
Experience with infection control practices in a dental office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with dental software systems such as Epic and Eaglesoft is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
