Registered Dental Hygienist Tiger Family Dental We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our practice! Work Location: Sedalia, Missouri Work Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Wednesday: 8 am-5 pm Thursday: 8 am- 3 pm Potential for Fridays Compensation: $38/hour or 33% of net production (whichever is higher) Benefits: Medical/Vision Short-Term/Long-Term Disability PTO & Sick-Time 401K w/Match Supplemental Benefits Responsibilities: Perform Cleanings of teeth and gums; take necessary x-rays, take intra-oral pictures Complete periodontal charting and address patient's hygiene and restorative needs Educate patient on what doctor will likely recommend in the form of treatment Clean/sterilize treatment room after each appointment. Reappoint patients emphasizing value and urgency for the next appointment Provide an effective 2 and 1 Handoff, to doctor and appropriate admin team Prepare, attend, and contribute to Straine Management System (SMS) Meetings Sterilize and re-stock all instruments and bags after each appointment Achieve individual daily hygiene production goal Maintains proper knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliances and clinical skills Qualifications: Current Registered Dental Hygienist License 1-2 years of experience (preferrable) Knowledge of Open Dental (preferrable) Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
