Experienced Dental Office Receptionist - Fine Dentistry by Design - Rockville, MD

Key Responsibilities:
-Professionally handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
-Accurately verify dental insurance and estimate coverage for treatment plans.
-Present treatment plans and financial options to patients in a clear and confident manner.
-Manage patient accounts, including receivables and follow-ups on unscheduled treatments.
-Ensure accurate data entry and management within the practice management software.
-Handle patient concerns by providing solutions, emphasizing benefits, and ensuring satisfaction.
-Develop and implement systems and protocols to enhance the patient experience for new and existing patients.
-Collaborate with the team to improve office efficiency, maximize revenue, and identify sales opportunities.
-Assist in managing the office‘s social media presence and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
-Positive attitude, courteous, professional, and team-oriented.
-Reliable, service-driven, and a quick learner with a willingness to follow directions.
-Lives within 30 minutes of the office.
-Sociable, dependable, and able to effectively communicate and resolve issues.
-Previous dental field experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position (4-5 days a week, including some Saturdays). Compensation is competitive and based on prior experience. Benefits are offered to qualified candidates.
