Job Description
High Tide Dental is a private family dental practice located in the heart of Cape Elizabeth. We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support our team in ensuring an exceptional experience for all of our patients. The ideal candidate is outgoing, responsible, professional, trustworthy and enjoys working together as a team.
Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, electronically filing dental insurance claims, collecting payments, and reviewing treatment plans. etc.
Dental office experience preferred.
Dentrix experience is an added bonus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
