Brookline Dental Center is seeking a talented and reliable part-time Dental Hygienist to join our warm, collaborative team two Saturdays a month. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who already works full-time elsewhere and is looking to supplement their income in a modern, relaxed, and professional environment.Located right on the Green Line in Brookline, our practice offers 40/50-minute assisted appointments, a beautiful work setting, and a strong commitment to mentorship and clinical excellence. Competitive pay of $60–$65/hr + production bonuses.

What You Will Do

Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
Take and develop dental x-rays
Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain accurate patient records
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
40/50 mins Assisted appointments
2 Saturdays a month
Training and Mentorship
Monthly and Quarterly Check-ins

What You Will Bring

Valid dental hygiene license in MA
Proficiency in using dental software systems. We use Eaglesoft.
Knowledge of medical coding systems for accurate billing and insurance claims
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Compensation: $60 - $65 / hour + Quarterly Production Bonus
