General Dentist/Associate Dentist Position Available
Enjoy a work schedule with no weekends or Fridays, and a four-five day work week. Our practice serves a Fee for Service/PPO Patient Base and is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality dental care and a dedication to exceptional patient service. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental care, encompassing preventative, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
Conduct dental exams, diagnose and treat dental conditions, and create tailored treatment plans for each patient.
Administer anesthetics and perform oral surgeries, including extractions, implants, and root canals.
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventative care options.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.
Current Ohio state dental license and certification in CPR and basic life support.
Experience in a dental practice is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction and service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
