What Youâll Do
As our RDA, youâll play a key role in delivering the high-quality care our patients have come to expect. Your day will include:

- Prepping treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
- Taking X-rays and impressions with precision and a smile.
- Educating patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene (because knowledge is power).

Qualifications
Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
Proficient in chairside assisting and general dentistry practices
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy
Experience with 3D scanners and aseptic techniques (not required)
Familiarity with EMR systems
Ability to perform taking radiographs
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
