We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate who is self-driven, to join our busy, close knit team. This ideal person will be the first point of contact for patients when entering our practice. If you have a knack for customer service and a love for dental care, we’d like to meet you!
Responsibilities

Perform all check-in and check-out of patients
Verification of insurance benefits and eligibility
Scheduling patient appointments
Submitting dental claims
Daily reports, completing other clerical tasks given, etc.

Skills

Multi-tasker
Professional verbal skills and able to work under pressure
Understanding of basic dental knowledge
Efficient in excel, Microsoft Word, and email
Excellent communication and organizational skills
bilingual is a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
