Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. This role involves diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing oral surgeries, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. The Dentist will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgeries.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for all patient interactions and treatments performed.
Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
Utilize dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft for patient management and record keeping.

Experience

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license and ability to pass any required background checks.
Experience in pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, or oral surgery is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques related to dentistry.
Strong knowledge of anatomy related to the oral cavity and surrounding structures.
Familiarity with medical documentation practices within a dental setting.
